Any contact details stored as a result of you signing up to our website Newsletter or you giving us your information for our POS system in our shop will be held until you tell us to delete it.

Our Employees

We keep and process employment and job application details, e.g. date of birth, employment history, qualifications.

In order to pay wages we ask for the following information, your signature, National Insurance number, and bank account details.



We keep information about our prospective employees, work experience students or other job applicants.

We will keep safe emergency contacts whose details have been provided to us by our employees.

Third parties such as our accountant, who operates our wages system, and our bank, will know your details, they will keep them safe according to their own Privacy Policy.
